Celebrate Yoga Day 2010 with Carolyn

We will have fun while learning yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.

We hope to see you Saturday, January 23, 2010 at 2 PM. Bring your friends to the class too!

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Cost: Suggested donation: $10 All proceeds will go to the San Diego Public Libraries.
